f the product is damaged or do not correspond with how the product was presented on CASADELBARISTA Online Shop, you have the rights to claim within 7 days or receipt.
We recommend you to check breakage and issues immediately after receipt of goods and provide photos to our representative. We will replace a new one to you with a reasonable shipping option.
Products must not be used, and original tags must be on. Once we receive them we will be happy to REPLACE with something of the same value.
We only exchange and replace for damaged or unsatisfied products, we do not refund in any circumstances.
We are not responsible for the delivery time or delay of postal mail.
We are not responsible for lost packages already delivered by mail.
